Dear Parents,
You may be aware from media coverage that the NEU Teaching Union have declared strike action, which will take place on Tuesday 28th February 2023. The strike is happening because of a national dispute between the unions and the government and not because of any issues at our school.
The following classes will be open to children and children from these classes should attend as usual.

All other classes are closed on Tuesday 28th February and children must not come to school.
After school clubs on Tuesday 28th February have been cancelled.
We are working closely with union representatives to keep up to date with changes in the situation and I will inform you as soon as possible if arrangements change further. Please also note that there are two further days of strike action planned and further information regarding the changes to the school day will be shared with you at a later date.
