Dear parents,
You may be aware from media coverage that the NEU Teaching Union have declared strike action, which will take place on Thursday 27th April and Tuesday 2nd of May 2023. The strike is happening because of a national dispute between the unions and the government and not because of any issues at our school.
On Thursday 27th April children in 4M and 3P should come to school as usual. Children in all other classes should not attend school.
On Tuesday 2nd May children in 4M should come to school as usual. Children in all other classses should not attend school.
After school clubs on Thursday 27th of April and Tuesday 2nd of May 2023 have been cancelled.
We are working closely with union representatives to keep up to date with changes in the situation and I will inform you as soon as possible if arrangements change further.
